    Trying to sum it up… Get good sleep(lack of sleep increases cortisol) , increase muscle and eat more protein, eat clean, IF, reduce stress, don’t over exercise because it causes stress and cortisol which trigger insulin which causes fat storage. HRT for menopause and thyroid. Trauma can cause long term stress. Too much info!😂

    Great video - this year I have been getting more protein and eliminated highly processed foods and eating good carbs. I lost 17 pounds in a year but now I am at a plateau. I am not losing now and I know I need to up my protein more - but I don't feel hungry enough. work in progress. thanks for this video

    I’d love if you could discuss how ssri’s affect weight? I loose weight each time I go off my medication but I really need them.😢

    not sure fasting is good for us women, we can't get enough protein and calcium with a short feeding window... I think if you are fasting it can make you fatter. I switched back to a big early breakfast of animal sources of protein and vegetables and green salad. much better than fasting till lunch - three meals with 40g of protein each meal is achievable.
