    This explains why keto worked for me in my early 30’s and then not at all at 38. Now I’m 41, I just finished my second 72 hour fast and 2 days later I’ve had 3 skin tags just fall off…. The pain that has been in my hip for 5 years is 100% gone! Thank you Dr Mindy!!!

    Fasting is amazing, I’m a Muslim and it’s Ramadan, I had hip pain so much that I cannot seat on toilet properly lol… but just the third day of Ramadan the pain was gone Alhamdulilah

    I am over 65 and need to lose weight for a few reasons. High blood pressure, cholesterol, Asthma and(due to recent car accidents) back ache. I do 15 hours fasting regularly. Little walking about twice a week too. Do my own house work. But I have not lost a pound for the last two years. Often put a 6 pound up and work hard for months to bring it down 😢. Living alone and want to be alive and active. Lack of motivation. Much appreciated your help and advice 💐🙏🇮🇪☘️Ama from Ireland.

    I have mixed in some 72-hour fasts into my diet. My husband poo-pood it saying he'd watched this 30 year old bloke fast for 72 hours, and he didn't lose weight blah blah blah. I pointed out he isn't a 50 year old per-menopausal woman! I lose around 3lb each time, which stays off! And I feel fantastic, my silent reflux has improved and so has my arthritis.

    I’m 45 (46 this year) and listening to it after my spontaneous pregnancy which ended up with a miscarriage at 16 weeks. Basically I want to lose weight which I gained during pregnancy and forget about it for good….. 💔 good luck for all of you, lovely people

    Same thing happened to me starting in my mid thirties. By age 37, I hit that wall hard and my female older lady Dr told me I was too young for that to be happening and that I “must not be doing all the things I think in doing.” I left her office in tears because I knew I was breaking my neck trying to eat right, exercising, keep my memory, sleep, all the things. I don’t know how I would have made it through my forties without the patience and care of my husband. I am a blessed lady and I hope everyone can find a great support system, starting with this video.

    The symptoms hit me like a truck. At 56, everything came at once and I couldn't get quick solutions because most women I asked simply told me "you'll be okay".... Not quick fixes. Only one woman offered help, and I sincerely thank her to this day.

    I lost 63 lbs in 2022. Last summer (2023) i became my grandbaby's caretaker. Being far less active not by choice has led me to gain almost 20 lbs. Ive since entered menopause & am having a problem loosing the extra weight. The sleeplessness is kicking my tail. Trying to find balance with my new lifestyle. I eat clean & have easily done IF 20-4. Just want to loose the 20 lbs that won't move.
