Malte (August's actor) said in an interview, that each character is their own antagonist. Forgiving themselves and fighting for their needs, from relationships to self-love, and choosing to do so is the growth they make in this show.
Simon was incredibly brave imo. He obviously loves Wille, but he knew this was a toxic situation and neither one of them is in a healthy place. Just like the end of S1, Simon is setting healthy boundaries for himself and giving Wille space and opportunity to figure his shiz out. It’s painful as hell for both of them, but nothing will change otherwise.
Wille totally overreacted in the music room when he told Simon about Erik. I think there *is* a similarity between Sara and Erik, in that there were parts of them that the sibling didn’t know about, and the younger sibling had a different idea of who the older sibling really was.
At the end of E5, I really thought it could go either way. I *HOPED* they would be together, but it didn’t look good for them. I didn’t see how they could work things out in one episode. They had the same sort of circular fight over and over. I was guessing that they would decide to be friends, the Queen would die suddenly, and Wille would have to take over at 18. … Then there was the agonizing week until E6 and YR Forever.

Wow, that’s actually quite profound. And accurate.
The sandwich is a cute callback to when Wille would bring one to Simon, like after that first night they were together in S1.

Exactly! That’s why I feel like I’d be in the same boat.
I’m glad to see someone defending Simon. A lot of people were mad at Simon this season.
I love that all the characters are flawed and they have their good points

I think that Nils (Nisse) was the one who was beaten up because he’s gay (or maybe bi).

I am the same way. I don’t enjoy cooking at all. Ugh. So I’m not very good at it.
Yes! Rewatched all your YR reactions and I am so hyped for this.
Let's go!
