Video footage shows Stephan throwing Maddie’s backpack and school laptop in the dumpster at 7:35 anm and him arriving back at the condo complex at 8:19 am with Maddie slumped over in the car. So….Jenn couldn’t have seen her getting ready that morning like she told police. She straight up lied to them.

After the details of the horrific cases of Harmony Montgomery, Aidrii Cunningham and Maddie Soto, it makes me realize more than ever how vulnerable children are and how they depend on adults to keep them safe and I appreciate my precious grandchildren more than ever. Its common sence If she's a witness then ,that means she "witnessed something can't be a witness if there's nothing to witness therefor I believe she knew something it's impossible that she didn't know anything but then again now she's a witness .

Or she could be in a facility because allegedly they say that she was in a mental health facility in Winter garden supposedly she had a breakdown or whatever but ironically that was around the same time that she had gotten a defense attorney. So you never know she might try to pull the whole insanity bit. But there's no way she's going to leave Scott's free. She's going to get charged with something you know at least with child abandonment or child neglect because she is culpable in some shape or form as a mother it doesn't matter if we are tired it is a matter if we're having anxiety attack it doesn't matter if we're having a depressive moment that is irrelevant our personal needs go to the back burner for the well-being and safety of our children. I can say that as a mother of three a single mother of three. I have my mental health issues as well. I have anxiety and I've suffered from anxiety since I was a child I have depression and I've suffered from depression as a child I have my past trauma as well but I also work full time and I have my moments where I'm tired I have a moment that I wish I had 3 seconds to just decompress but I have to push through it and I have to push forward why because as a mom it's my job actually let me correct that as a parent it's our jobs to put our needs aside for the sake of that child. That's part of the job description. And I feel like either is she was on some heavy sedative drugs and even then there's no way she had the blind eye on the situation. Especially if that relationship was on and off it had to be on and off for a reason and I really do hope that the state looks into it. For what we know she could be already being looked into by the Department of children and Family here in Florida. Cases like that is not public record so she when it comes to the abuse of a minor or any type of thing of a minor that records itself is redacted and sealed so for what we know the Department of children and families could be investigating her they could be investigating and teaming up with law enforcement and prosecution and they could be eventually opening up a case against her but again she could be states witness and later on once the whole murder case and definitely the abuse case is further along or possibly over like this is a complicated case. But you best believe she is not going to leave Scott's free she's going to be doing some kind of prison time that is guaranteed and they're probably trying to decompress the spaghetti and detangle the mess of this case because it's very obvious that there's more than meets the eye and there's definitely some kind of separation of the stern's case and Jen's case and that is for a very important reason. Like I said before anything that has to do with like severe child abuse or anything like that and Jen's culpability I'm pretty sure is going to be sealed like it's not part of the sunshine act because it has to do with a minor it looks like it's also like why we cannot see the forensic report or even know the cause of death. It's because of its domestic abuse against a child and that stuff is completely sealed unless immediate family and it looks like excluding Jen releases it to public records which next of kin to Maddie is her father and that's if they're investigating gem you know and it looks like they are because to start she didn't even go to any of the funeral or celebration for Madeline. She's not spoken and that's kind of smart of her but I feel like she's involved she had some knowledge and let's say if we do have the benefit of the doubt against her and we say oh let's look at her with a clean slate there's definitely substance abuse going on and we never know if it was Stern that was the supplier. Regardless of everything she definitely has some culpability. And if she really did nothing wrong which let's be honest she failed to protect her daughter that's the number one thing of the situation. She did tons wrong. If she truly did nothing wrong and protected her daughter like a mother should her daughter would still be here. Her daughter would have not endured 5 plus years of hell in this hands of her boyfriend. And if she wanted to choose her boyfriend over her daughter she should have gave up custody of her daughter and had her live with her father instead of isolating her child during that whole time. Because that's a pattern that people aren't talking about how Madeline was isolated from family and friends during the bulk of the abuse and if we look at the last time that Madeline went to Texas and spent time with her dad isn't it ironic that it was around the time that they say that Stearns and Jennifer were broken up? And also isn't it ironic that grandmother did not like Stearns and she was confused to why sterns had taken mountain to school she was weary of him. She had her concerns about that situation but it looks like Jen let it go through a mirror and come out the other.

I think the prosecution is going to use Jennifer Soto as a state witness and that's why we haven't seen an arrest of right now. I really do hope that they don't give her immunity because she do have culpability in this. She pretty much handed her daughter to this monster on a silver platter for the sake of having somebody there. For the sake of her heart and her loneliness she sold her child to a monster and that is disgusting and she's worse than he is. @@jenreilly8058 you'd be surprised. Especially when it's a crime like this they get immunity for either the murder charge but they might get charged for like accessory after the fact. Which is a far less serious sentencing than 1st degree murder or premeditated murder. Don't get immunity for that serious charge. But best believe after they give their testimony and stuff and become state's witness they do get charged finally and they do get sentenced for that lesser charge. It happens quite a bit. And it sucks because I do feel what the bottom of my heart that not only she knew about what was going on but she openly gave her daughter to this man like it's playing and clear that the evidence proves that she pretty much pushed her to him told her to sleep with his man when she was having her anxiety attacks. I'm sorry I suffer firm anxiety myself I suffer from depression myself I'm not going to push my children any of my children to this man that I just met oh it's okay to sleep with them absolutely not! Jeep failed to protect her child and I believe especially with her lack of concern when her daughter went missing that she knew more than what she was leading on there's no way no matter if you're drugged the hell out that you're going to have such a blind eye for over 5 years of this abuse going on. Children and any kind of victim of trauma they have not only verbal communication but they have nonverbal communication they have ticks and signs and symptoms of being abused especially in children. Like for example her fear of sleeping alone. That right there is a sign That's a red flag and that's about to fight for all of us people that have never met that little girl that have never been in contact with her and face-to-face that is a sign of abuse everything that they said that was possibly ADHD and autism can be mistaken to those diagnosis and but in fact are signs and symptoms of abuse in children. I don't see how anxiety, and a good night sleep combine as the two contradict to me. Maybe a good night sleep after taking anxiety medicine. Anxiety keeps one from being able to sleep. I'm having a panic attack I'll just take a nap isn't accurate.

They called 911 right away but they did nit immediately respond. THEY KEPT CALLING LE BACK AND JEPT TELLING THEM THEY WERE TO BUSY .THAT IS WHY THE GRANDMOTHER WAS SO UPSET ON THE CALL BACK .
What I can tell you within the first two mins of listening to this show is that this case is showing absolutely no signs of being a RICO case based off of all of the information we have thus far. Secondly, culpability may be negated in exchange for turning states witness. This show could use a lot of guidance. And in a final thought, while mandated reporter is a term typically associated with professionals, everybody, I repeat, EVERYBODY is considered a mandated reporter. Where this term has significance is in professional fields where lack of reporting could encounter negligence.

Jen lied multiple times....To me she failed to protect Madeline when Madeline was alive & right up to the moment they showed her the S A pics & she denied knowing what or who it belonged to as far as whom was in the Pic or the body parts displayed in those pics. You can't be with someone in a sexual relationship for 8 yrs & have no clue what their body looks like .

Don’t erase your slate, you know better. Right now, JS could be charged with manslaughter via gross neglect (ala the Crumbleys). The DA can choose anything from nothing to manslaughter. It is their choice. They are human, they are fallible, there are many factors. Look at the laws, they can be applied. Will they, idk. Charges, or even a verdict, isn’t “proof” that there wasn’t a crime. If JS isn’t charged, no one has to feel like “well, I guess I was wrong”. No! When justice fails is when we must be the loudest.
