- The dates of Maddie’s recorded abuse, as listed in the charges (Counts 1- 20) begin 6/19/19.
SS is also charged with possessing CSAM, these are images and videos of children who are NOT Maddie. (These charges are Counts 21- 60.)
The earliest date of that CSAM (not of Maddie) possession charge is 6/19/19.
The same day.
Which means SS received/downloaded CSAM of other children on the same day he had abused and taken videos and photos of Maddie.
In fact, I found that ALL of the dates lined up.

Everyone that is saying that the whole family is involved and how they showed no concern while they were waiting for an officer to make a report, are not seeing what I see. I see a grandmother pissed off that it took so long for an officer to come, and I also see that the family doesn't like Stephan and it's obvious to me that Jenn and her mother are not getting along. That's what I see. I feel so sorry for this whole family. You have great clarity and audio on these videos. You are amazing, doing a great job!

Jenn Soto needs to be at least charged with child endangerment or neglect of some kind.
Citizens and law enforcement have made chronological lists of when Maddy was abused. The pictures and videos should be date and time stamped. Hopefully law enforcement will find out exactly where Jennifer was during each incident (work, at home in bed, etc) and hold her accountable!
It's said by courts TV Vinnie that the judge he is getting is a strict and firm judge that doesn't play and will be harsh.

Jenn has lawyered up. And has been told to shut up and now say a word to anyone. Plus, lawyer will probably play on her mental health and admissions to mental health hospital to try to get her out of whatever she was involved in. Her family has probably also decided not to talk so as not to incriminate Jenn anymore than she is. Very heavy load for her mom and family to have to live with.

Today were I live a foster child that was adopted out and she was killed and mistreated by monster's there is a lot of DHS corruption and that is being brang to light
I don’t think many of the children who enter the foster care system make it out without being victimized in some form or fashion.
I’d really like to see the stats on that…and a few other things as well. I’m pretty sure DCFS fails to improve the lives of very many kids at all.

I had to pause the live and just finished. Jai imo Jenn was totally aware of what her boyfriend was doing to Maddy. I am almost sure there are charges coming for her. In watching the video of all of them at grandmas office, I can see that grandma keeps her distance. I can only imagine how angry she might have been to see him trying to take charge and a seeing the questions posed by the officer. It makes me angry to watch him so involved with law enforcement knowing what he has done e to this child for too many years.
These people are very divisive and if they find them and they will work their way into any group of people they’re very good at it

I know one thing about my Hispanic family. If you weren’t liked or something was not right, my aunts and my mom would discuss it and we cousins (females) would listen and take it all in. I wonder if Maddie’s grandma ever had any arguments with Jenn Soto about el pigo SS? I know if my mom suspected anything concerning my eldest daughter (single mom with her at 23), she wouldn’t hold back. She was a force to be reckoned with.

I don’t think Maddie wrote that message. I think SS wrote that message which further proves premeditation. He was attempting to to make it look as if Maddie was a potential runaway.

Jen isn't going to be charged because to charge her with anything they would have to prove she knew SS was a monster. From everything I've seen in body cam she did nothing to obstruct them, she fully cooperated.

She slowed the investigation by lying. She said “we dropped her off a block from school”. Police go on the assumption that mum was dropping off too. That initially stops them assuming that the step dad did something.
She also gave other false statements. That she saw Maddi at 8am getting dressed for or before school. This can’t be true.
You didnt read the case files that’s why. It’s not just the body cam footage that we’re looking at. It’s the entire case. She lied to the police about the last time she saw Maddie, which is a structure of justice and she handed her daughter over to the devil and sent her to sleep with him every night, which is child neglect, did that change your mind?

I had a stupid thought, maybe Jenn was the girl at the church yard/parking lot pretending to be Maddie.
On the TV news interview when Jenn was talking about Maddie and her birthday party, Jenn talked with confidence and fast (and her body language shifted) but when it seemed like she was telling a lie, she talked slow and her eyes looked like they were searching for a story to tell.

IMO JS act scared and guilty not worried. I have always felt it was possible that JS was jealous of MS and I feel she took Maddies phone during party and found something that made her flip out and hurt Maddie and she used the SA to blackmail SS to hide it. He made dumb mistakes and while JS seems more calculating about everything. All I can say is SS is going away 4ever No deal for Jenn
