Singapore is a double edge sword for the rich. But realistically speaking, the infrastructure is very matured and that's where opportunities meets hard work *with a little bit of luck* of course.

I like the way you interviews can tell that you would like your interviewees try to get to the main point. Helping them make a brief,clear statement giving the most important facts about something.

It will be good if Koala is able to give more time for the interviewee to finish what he is going to say or what he was saying. This will definitely allow him to share more in a free flow manner. There were a couple of times, he was disrupted from finishing his words. Overall, I enjoyed watching this interview. Keep it up, Koala.

Hi Koala, So his wife is a Singapore citizen but he does not automatically get his citizenship through marriage? I'm sure if he applies for citizenship now, he would be very likely to get it. It's nice to hear inspirational stories such as this. Thanks for sharing and best wishes.

Lol get real. Do you think he is actually serious to convert? Why convert to a PR only when he became 24? What is the point of converting when you can get benefits from both side? Learn to read between the lines.

You do not need 10M to retire.
2M will give you enough monthly income without going to work everyday.
lol. It costs more than $1mm just to buy a home. So you only have less than $1mm for retirement
@@TheKrazyKoala no need to buy! Rent will work ok! Why buy and keep paying property tax. Passive and interest income will be sufficient to pay rent and others, provided you keep life simple and buy only when you really need.

4:07 Poly (pronounced "Polly" not Pou-ly) is short for Polytechnic. A Polytechnic diploma in Singapore is probably the equivalent of an Associate's Degree in the US. Just fyi...lol.
