- Blue smoke comes out of the exhaust after starting as a result of bad rings, bad valve stem seals or bad turbocharger seals@cartechhome

This video is detailed, precise, and brief with descriptions of symptoms, causes, and solutions. I love it!
The first two descriptions are exactly what's wrong with my car. Thank you, Cartechhome!
Stem seals leaking produces blueish/whitish smoke on idle and is not visible when the accelerator pedal is pressed/high revs as there's not enough oil dripping into the combustion chamber but it is visible on idle as the oil is only partially burned. This most likely doesn't apply to seals that are disintegrated completely.
My car started doing this after I forgot to add anti freeze to my car during a hard freeze and the water was frozen for a few days .
What if compression, pcv, turbo and valve seals are ok, but there is a lot of blue smoke and a lot of oil consumption. Could it be the oil rings? The engine in my car has overheated once.
If the car already suffers overheating there may be a crack in the block. An engine compression test may determine if the rings are bad. An Engine hydraulic test may determine if there is a crack on the block.

My car does this only for 3 4 seconds after starting the car
