Make thick diet mushroom cream pasta with cheese and eggs in soy milk!

  • Hello, I'm going to eat whole wheat cream pasta today.
    I made mushroom cream pasta with soy milk.
    I don't like tofu noodles, so I used 100% whole wheat pasta noodles.
    I think it's a good recipe to use even if you put in diet noodles.
    Enoki mushroom topping is savory, so make sure to make it!
    In the video, it was called a mashed pepper, but it is pepperoncino powder!
    I think the nationality of peppers is different. They say the spicy taste is a little different, too!
    Material
    - 80g of whole wheat pasta. (It can be replaced with tofu noodles)
    One egg yolk.
    250g soy milk
    Two slices of cheese.
    Four button mushrooms.
    Half a bag of enoki mushrooms.
    Half of a small onion.
    Three pieces of garlic.
    Two peppers.
    Kind of pepperoncino, salt, pepper. A little bit of parsley.
    Recipe
    1. Boil water to boil pasta noodles.
    2. Cut onions and peppers into bite-sized pieces and shred garlic.
    3. Wipe the dirty part of the button mushrooms with a wet kitchen towel.
    4. Cut only the dirty part at the bottom and cut the whole mushroom. (There is plenty of nutrients at the bottom!!))
    5. Cut enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
    6. Put avocado oil on the pan, heat it over medium and low heat, and stir-fry enoki mushrooms.
    7. When the water boils, boil for 7-10 minutes depending on the type of noodles.
    8. After putting avocado oil on a heated pan, stir-fry garlic to create a scent.
    9. When the garlic turns brown, add onions and stir-fry until transparent.
    10. Add Cheongyang peppers and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry.
    11. Pour 250g of soy milk or milk and boil it. (If you eat a lot of sauce, it doesn't matter if you add 300g.))
    12. For the spicy taste, add a little pepperoncino and boil it while stirring so that it does not stick.
    13. Add boiled pasta noodles or noodles you want to eat and mix them.
    14. Add two slices of cheese and melt them.
    15. Turn off the heat, add egg yolk, mix well, and boil over low heat.
    16. Season it with salt and pepper and put the roasted enoki mushrooms in a bowl and sprinkle parsley to complete it!!

    저는 콩국에 다가 만들어 먹었는데, 두유에다가 만들어 먹어도 맛있겠어요.
    저도 이렇게 만들어 먹어봐야겠어요.❤👍

      오 저도 콩국 먹어봐야겠어요 ㅎㅎ어렸을때 콩국에 우뭇가사리 넣은것도 맛있었는데 먹고싶네요 ㅎㅎ 다른면 넣어도 맛있으니 꼭 해드셔보세요 !! ㅎㅎ

      두부랑 캐슈넛 간게 맛이 없는데 그걸로 응용해봐야겠네요 감사합니다-ㅁ~😊
