It is theorized that on his final dive, he ascended at a fast rate of speed, struck his head on underside of yacht from which he was diving( in slip where his own, repossessed yacht used to be) and lost consciousness. He was found on the floor of the ocean, curled into fetal position. Heartbreaking. Such a lovely, gentle soul.
