That jury never would have found him guilty even if he admitted it

The lead detective perjured himself then took the 5th when asked if he planted evidence. That’s what did it. No evidence can be taken seriously after that.

@@AllThingsCrime That’s true. But I don’t think the best prosecutor in the World could have come back from Mark’s testimony. The trial was over when he invoked the 5th. It casts a reasonable doubt on the entire police report and every piece of evidence they gathered. As a juror, it’s your duty to not convict in such a case.

OJ would be toast in todays forensic environment!

That jury would’ve never found him guilty no matter the evidence, even if they had him on video holding the head

Today, the four cops that beat Rodney King would be convicted instantly

Go watch some interviews or the book from the jury forewoman, she was asked how many would you say voted not guilty for payback from 1992? She said 7-8😂and that’s with his blood his wife’s blood and Ron’s blood being found in the bronco and his bleeding left hand leaving a trail from bundy to his house

After the Rodney King incident there's no way they would have convicted him

Assuming he actually did the crime. I think that this is still America. Or that rhetoric about the presumption of innocence is just a bunch of bull$&!+?!?

It's pretty obvious once you look into the evidence and his history of beating her to a pulp numerous times, threatening to kill her if she left him ect ect

There was a TON of evidence, both circumstantially and physical that pointed in one direction.
