    Where do we learn more to take better care of our Fascia System ?
    Massage School for sure. We learned in 1983 to do deep work to clean off the Fascia. They did not give any more info than that. The Fascia that is next to the bone needs to be worked on. They just said it was good for us. You know much more. Thank You.

    I really liked the way you explained the facial system. You are right I have a hundred questions and comments. 3 years suffering with pelvic pain and following a exercise program now for 2 months. Facial stretching and strength exercises. I'm hoping with hard work I can beat this pain for good.

    It's the heels under our shoes, that ruin the balance of the fascial system. And the shoulder bags.

    Hi Do you know if fascia can cause arm pain? I think I have this issue, the pain is not in the triceps or bicep, but feels like its in the tissue under and around the bone- the tendons feel fine except maybe a bit in the triceps at the elbow. That small muscle right under the bicep will hurt some, but most of the pain is in and around that area. Have had this for years, and when not inflamed its okay, but I watch it, but I like to work out and it really hinders me.
    It will hurt with any arm movement, so even bending arm to type this, even holding a book to read, and playing guitar (I really have to watch this), and working out, pushing is worse, but pull downs do it to. It's fine until I feel it getting inflamed, then it takes a week or longer to get back to where I feel I can do something. Sorry so long, but wanted to give you details.

      It has nothing to do with that like AT ALL. It has to do more with your muscles and movement
