Preview of Anatomy Trains' Fascia in Movement webinar. Tom Myers discusses fascia in movement for trainers, yoga/pilates instructors, and anyone interested in human movement!
Dar Vander Hoop I literally came to the comments to see of there was any mention of Yin Yoga. I do some home practice of Yin but also about 4 hours a week in classes. Total of over 10 hours a week. I was so happy when I saw your comment. I also do Bikram at least twice a week maybe 3 and two sessions of hoy Vinyasa flow. Only been doing it for 2.5 years but so much more flexible now.

If the fascia got that many nerves won't it play a big role in proprioception aswell?
