Non slave states thought this was unfair bc of the large slave population in the south so they didn’t want slaves to count. The south did want slaves to count since it would increase the number of their representatives. So they reached a compromise where each slave counted as 3/5ths of a person

That's stand up comedy. He's well traveled and has years of experience. Once you get comfortable, it's not a problem anymore. Of course you need to have that natural funny in you. Certain comics need to write their material and perform it but guys like Schulz are just naturally gifted.

This was funny! I gotta point out that Tarek/Tariq is not a black name. It’s actually an Arabic term that means “star.” In fact, there’s a chapter in the Qur’an called At-Tariq (The Star). Many black Americans parents (mostly unknowingly) began giving their children Arabic and/or Muslim names from the 1970s up until present time. Jamal, Laila/Layla, Hakeem, Rashid/Rasheed, Aaliyah, etc., are all Arabic in language and tied to Qur’an. Just an FYI.

Btw Tarek or Tariq is not a “black name” it’s an Arabic name and that’s why Bosnians use it as Arabic is the langue the Quran was brought down in. Black Americans tend to have Arabic names sometimes due to their Muslim roots back in Africa. Eid Mubarak to all my fellow Muslims out there and to Andrew for making us laugh.

It's not Tarek or Tariq, we spell it Tarik, and he's pronounced it differently to how we do
