This was a really good but what I’m more impressed about is your honesty which makes me want to buy from here because it’s so rare
Dude, another fail, now the paper stuck! Ugh....
I’m supplier of 20oz sublimation tumbler on Alibaba,we have stock of 20oz sublimation tumbler in US warehouse, order now dispatch tomorrow.3-6days you will receive
@@fandamon6017 do you have a link?
I’m actually liking the line in the can because if you look at actual cans, they have lines in them. You made them perfect
very true
21:45 - that genuinely happy and excited feeling you get from something coming out nice. I know it well - that's our drug.
Bro. I love your videos so much. You always explain stuff in a way that normal people can understand without making us feel like idiots. Love it bro. Keep up the awesome content brother!!!!!!
Thank you for your support
You said "Probably gonna be a big time fail" 🤣 Your honesty is refreshing!! Great Video
Nice job. I don’t know if anyone recommended it but try using a silicone mat instead of a stone. The stone holds heat and gets too hot.
I'd be so proud to use that if my husband made it for me. I bet Linda loved it!
I love your tips and your honesty. Just think, if you sell just one of those cups, it pays for your oven! I loooooove a good deal! I never thought of using an oven like that. Brilliant!! I bet your wife was thrilled with her cup!
I think they all came out so good cus even the real cans arent perfect.
I just began watching your videos and I find them so interesting, so much good information. I just purchased a printer and sub. ink and it can be intimidating, but I'm not going to think about it so much and just going for it 🙂
I told my husband "Woohoo a latino teaching about the business!" God bless you 🙏
Dude that lysol one is hilarious! Great concept.
Thank you for this video !! I needed a video to show if this could be done in a home oven . Not a convection oven , which I do not own , and I don’t want to buy. So this was helpful , and they look amazing !!
You are so down to earth and it is great to see that. I just went and bought some shrink wrap from you. Keep on Keeping on. Thank you.
I was noticing that when you were putting your cups in shrink wrap you seams on your cups were not taple ALL THE WAY DOWN. Try that. you will get a virtually invisible seam.
Watching this video was actually calming if that makes since lol I like the way you do videos. I’m act to scared to do this, I’m scared I’ll start a fire in my oven which is in my house
great video. Put a silicone mat in the bottom of the rack or a pan or aluminum foil.
You did an amazing job with your introductions as well as the project, thank you for sharing
Great job Juan... im actually going to try this.. just waiting on my 4 tumbers from Waldo. If I get same results like you had... ill be ordering more... a lot more.
All you need to do for the shrink wrap not to stick to the bottom just cover it with wax paper and heat tape. That’s what I do, best luck and for the oven just get some silicone mats.....
It's the first time I have ever seen your videos and oh goodness you were great. So informative and so honest!!! I loved it and will be visiting to purchase from your Etsy store. looking forward to viewing more of your videos.
Yes, you need heat tape anytime you are dealing with heat...Regular tape will melt...Everything came out nice.
LGD: I don't know what the heck I'm doing... Holy cow that looks awesome I'm impressed.
Some of the best inventions were accidents.
There is something so satisfying about watching the shrink wrap process!
I bought your Corona template from Etsy and it came out perfect. Thank you!
I learn something every time I watch one of your videos. Thank you for sharing!
You are a sweetheart!! I love your personality and how honest you are about doing your craft. you are very thorough in your explanation. I am smiling with you as you show it-lol

The shrinking process is satisfying to watch.
You have done an incredible job. Thank you so much for sharing. Everything turned out awesome!
I had to come back to tell you what a hit the corona cups are. Thank you! I have to check out your Etsy store again.
love how your so excited. makes me be excited to do this too. Thanks.
I love them! They look amazing... thank you for the video
Great job Juan. Really enjoyed your video and went to your Etsy shop to look for the coke & corona template/SVG and couldn’t find them. Please let me know when you’ll have them again. Originally from Victoria TX but raised in Atlanta GA (30+yrs)
Really good job. I agree shipping tumblers gets pricy
This is my first time seeing your videos and yeesssss, you've gained a subscriber due to you being real and I love your results!!!! I am waiting on my products to try myself..... Thanks for the video!!
I have to say I very much enjoyed this video. Thanks😀
This is a game changer. I need to visit my local Habitat Resale store. Thank you
Looks great for the first time. Great job. 👏🏼
Cheers☕ Juan you need an oven mit to hold on to that sucker i see the end of the heat gun glowing🔥🔥🔥love the turn out. Ontario Canada☕
They have heat gloves
Cool! Never heard of doing this. They look great!
no, we buy them
Used Stoves are sold out everywhere now. 😂
Very enjoyable videos! Thank you for being so informative yet genuine!
You made this look very easy! Love your video & your great personality!
thank you
Those are amazing, really nice! Angle the camera so viewers can always see the product.
I dont do tumblers but those designs I want to do... im gonna order from your shop!!!! Yay
That was a pretty cool video. Keeping an eye out for a spare oven!
i love you so much.. youre my best friend you just dont know it yet ;)
so many tips dude, your contributions help idiots like me
only tip i got.. i use silicone baking mat on rack just enough to cover the item and let heat go around
Good job
What printer would I need to purchase for sublimation or paper new at this would like to try
Wow those are super nice!
U done great job for first time …
I bet your wife loved her tumbler! Even with the line it turned out fantastic.
Looking into doing this kind of stuff. Great video! Thank you for teaching
Great job, they look awesome
I love them. Love your honesty.
This guy is cool as a fan so genuine i enjoyed watching
thank you!
Sir, EXCELLENT VIDEO... I most appreciate your honesty with your prices... ! Will definetaly head to your ETSY site. Thanks again! Oh... What are your total costs for supplies...?
Totally amazed by the quality...
They look good
Very very nice! 👌🏽
I do like the video its a shame you took the cups down i like the coke one im lookin for a jack daniels whiskey one it would be cool for you to maybe start tumblers and then work around to a different product or a different size tumbler
I think they turned out good, that line not a big deal
They look good Juan thanks
These tumblers came out great! I will be ordering from you! I did subscribe and will be watching!!!
Love the tumblers especially the Starbucks since it is my name.
Amazing i enjoyed your video! Pretty cool and informative.
Put a cookie sheet over the element to help prevent burning while distributing heat
I think the lines give it that authentic can look. They do look awesome though! do you have to put a protective coat on them after the sublimation? Like a clear coat?
No you have to use anything after it has been sublimated
You did a awesome job for your first try those look so pretty.
NIce job Juan!
I just ordered from your Etsy page! You did a great job!!
Hey, for the FIRST time, they looked great. I think you said that you did your own ART WORK, right? I would LOVE to see a video on HOW you set it up and what software you used. I have Photoshop and ILLUSTRATOR and I'm dying to create my own designs for the Tumblers. Thanks in advance for any advise. :)
Good Job Juan enjoyed your video
This is really helpful. Thank you for sharing. I'm on the lookout for bigger ovens now too because of your video. Unfortunately, I found out that most ovens here like that are 220v, meaning I have to have an electrician. The others are gas ovens, which would be harder to hookup. How did you setup your $20 oven? ☺️
I ran my own electrical wiring
Cups look nice, so do you have to have a special printer?
you need a sublimation printer
I just stumbled upon this sublimation technique while searching for patterned vinyl. I LOVE YOUR VIDEO! I agree with Michelle Hardy-Juster... it's your honesty that got my attention. 99.99% of the time I will fast forward videos that are this long, but I dint't this one. I wanted to hear all your findings/do's & dont's. Thank you! I MUST try this! *Did you ever try the 'pizza stone?' Did it work better? :)
thank you
You did a good job love them all
I'd consider putting the mugs on a silicone mat inside the oven. This would probably work better than a pizza stone. Also, the pizza stone won't be ruined 😀
I guess you can put a pice a regular paper on the bottom of the tumbler befor you put the shrinkler paper maybe can help but other than that looks great
that's a good idea Oscar!
U have a fun job dude
As always, thank you for your help!
my pleasure
If you get blanks , do you put in regular printer ?
it has to be a sublimation printer, sublimation inks and paper
You can use a grill mat ontop of the racks
I have been using a piece a paper and it worked just fine
I hope your shrink wrap will be cheaper than some I saw on etsy! I have almost all your templates

Thats way cool Juan....
I’m so happy you were able to use a real oven and not a toaster oven! I was afraid I was gonna have to go buy another piece of equipment lol
You shouldn’t use your kitchen oven to subliminate in if you’re going to cook in it again. Once used for mugs and such the oven will be contaminated with sublimation inks which turn into a gas when heat is applied.
This came out amazing!! and you’re a great teacher, thank you for sharing!! Do you need a subliminal printer for this or will a regular one work? thank you in advance! ☺️
Thank you, yes you need a sublimation printer
Great video!! Love your enthusiasm and complete explanations. Just curious, I've never done this kind of Dye-Sub transfer. I've used dedicated Dye-Sub printers (ID cards and whatnot). Do the tumblers need any kind of clear coating after they are sublimated to protect the finish? If so, Poly, Epoxy, or something else? Thanks again, I'm subscribed now.
no they don't
Where did you get your tumblers from
I was wondering the same thing, he linked everything but the tumbler lol
great video juan mugs looks awesome great stuff have you hurt your eye
i was working on the house on Wednesday and got a piece of sheetrock on my eye and now it won't go away LOL
I have tried twice, fail both times. I’m not using a glossy tumbler will that make a difference!?
the tumblers are not really glossy they turn that way once they are printed. what problems are you having?
So I need to use a glossy white not black tumbler?
My image is not transferring to the cup.
@@Andrew-ol4hf correct, black can NOT be sublimated, only lighter colors can be sublimated and for sublimation to happen you need four things to be in place.
1. sublimation printer
2. sublimation inks
3. sublimation paper
4. the cup Must be sublimation ready
you can do without the sublimation paper but it if you remove one of the other three sublimation will NOT happen.
@@Andrew-ol4hf this are very good question! make sure you have all sublimation stuff in place
Hey Brotha,
The print looks good.
Where did you buy those sleeves?
I think you use a Heat Press it would come out even better because you wouldn't have the melted plastic on the bottom.
i sell the sleeves on my Etsy store
Try putting the Teflon sheets on the racks.
Nice job!
I went to your Etsy store and don't see any of your wraps. I am really interested in them especially the Lysol one. Also where did you find that oven? I didn't see a link to the oven but found all your other links. Thank you in advance for your help. Really enjoyed watching your videos Thank you
I took all the artwork down. I got the oven a place called RESTORE is like one them salvation army places
what type of printer do you use to print and what type of paper?
I use an Epson F570 and Epson sublimation paper and inks
You can get teh Sublishrink and tumblers from Conde as well
Wow! That’s amazing
I would recommend a silicone mat so the plastic doe not touch the rack
Silicon has a melting point of 400 to 800f degrees, it might make the process even worse, so what I did is just put a piece flat metal that I cut on the plasma.
Love your work new to this. Would love to see Tito’s vodka and Natural Light Beer
5:20 “if you want, you can wear gloves for this because it gets pretty hot”
Me: “I was just thinking “where are his heat gloves?!?” 😳 ouch!
