Thank you. I’ve been thinking to myself for the past few days about the easiest way to use vinyl to burn screens. You nailed it with this!

Thanks for this man. Hey I’m still pretty new to screen printing and I’ve side question for you: How do you get your white ink so crisp?! I can print with black (water based) just fine, but I can’t seem to get a crisp print with white, both plastisol or water based, on a 160 screen. I’ve messed with the off-contact, but just can’t get a good print. Please help!

I just did something similar to this. I ironed the negative of my heat transfer vinyl onto a rectangle piece of screen fabric. ( I have the wooden speedball frames, with the screen cord, not the photoemulsion type) so this worked well for me.
Thanks for the video, you're right there doesn't seem to be any videos like yours!
Everyone else seems to think using the sticker vinyl and transfer tape is a good idea... But I don't see it holding up long term like ours.

    • @davidmendoza813

Necrogeno it’s siser htv so pretty easy once it’s cut just remember not to mirror the image. Once u burn onto the screen the stencil comes right off!
