Hello Meg… I just found you this morning on CZcams. The titles of your videos do my attention. I am 63 years old and have been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. I begin taking a medication for it about two months ago after trying to deal with it naturally.
Do you have any knowledge/wisdom about osteoporosis medication’s? Honestly, I am nervous about taking them, but also about not taking anything. I am thankful I found your videos.

Meg, Meg, Meg: Thank goodness I found you a couple months ago. I do your workouts every day, and I’m thereby healing from so many issues, including rotator cuff injuries and general osteoporosis at age 78. I cannot believe the changes in body and mind. Before I found you, I was following an DPT osteoarthritis expert who was very good but not for me; i prefer your style and presentation. Awesome! I wish everyone like me could know anout AIM Fitness. I’m from the tip of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Maybe next winter (if we even have one) I will be able to snowshoe after ten years!
