Love the videos my dude thank you. I agree with the other gentleman where gloves always. I was cutting aluminum trying to fit a magnet on my foot peg for my shovel. Saw slipped I cut my thumb to the bone two weeks ago. Be safe go slow where gloves dig on bro
When you cut the plastic out of the case if you leave a thin strip just below the screen above the buttons it will hold the case together in the middle stopping it from flairing out on the sides like yours does😮😊 happy hunting from down under 😊
I tried it in a totlot today for about 10 seconds....NOPE!! I took it right off and will probably use it on the 11x13 coil. It makes the 9" coil seem very heavy and it makes the coil wobble.
balance block on a 9" is kinda pointless . on the 11x13" on the other hand it makes a huge difference . 3D printed ones also tend to break easy . atleast alot easyer then the molded ones . depending on the plastic used and the inner constructon of it ofc .
Hey Jeremy you have forgotten more about detecting than o will every learn. But just an observation there is a big opening on the back of that remote case. So I'm going to ask are you used to having the magnet on the top I'm just thinking that your putting the remote upside down in that particular case why would there be a cutout circle on the back of the case I'm probably wrong but what other purpose would that cut out for thanx I'm probably stupid lol thanks Jeremy
@@PaystreakSuperfreak thanks Jeremy i did some research and i felt so stupid lol your a good teacher i really want to do a vid hunting but it takes me time to find targets you find them in 2 seconds but i made up my mind I'm gonna do my first vid this weekend it's gonna be in the 50 degree range thank you Jeremy i love your vids sometime i hate that they are not long enough but that's fine thank you for responding i really do believe that you are the best in the business i have the simplex plus now. I want the legend. In your opinion should i just get the legend or save for a few more months use the simplex until i can afford the deaus 2 or should i just save me money and use the simplex for a season or two... Thanks Jeremy
I haven’t had very good luck with any of that 3d printed crap you can add to your detectors. Had a balancer like that on my legend and broke within a month.
I tried a 3d coil balancer for the LG15 and it was not too bad but the LG15 is such a small coil I do not use it. I just use the LG24 for everything. The Deus has the perfect ergonomic design on the stem and coil............THANKS XP.....DON"T CHANGE ANYTHING!!
@@PaystreakSuperfreak I agree, everything about the Deus 2 is designed to perfection, a mount designed by Deus for the WS6 with a speaker would be an addition I would welcome.
I tried it for about 10 seconds in a playground today and took it right off. I just could not do it!! It makes the detector nose heavy and wobbles when swinging fast. I will put it on the 11x13 coil!!
My hand was protected by the back of the case when I was cutting the PVC screen. I was not worried about cutting myself. I was worried about stabbing myself with that sharpened long screwdriver.

Good stuff for the info on this .. Thanks for sharing.. Peace

will be interesting to see how you like the balancer!
For sure!
The shaft may be wearing..I added some electrical tape to the shaft where the cam lock clamps..no more wobble 👍
Hope it works I wouldn’t replace mine with anything but deus parts just my thinking.
Interesting
We shall see how this goes. I might like this balancer on the 11x13 coil.
I love it although it seems to be fragile
It does seem a bit fragile. Hopefully is is better plastic than the EQ800 coils!!
I just broke a 2nd one
Let us know how it works. Seems more necessary on the larger coils but anything to lighten the load

That cutout circle is for the 6 pin headphone jack/charging terminal.

Is there a way to put overdrive with cruise control and reverse on that? lol. 1:51
It may take some reverse engineering...I will figure it out!!

Couldn’t agree more!
Don't fix whats not broken...
This was not a fix....this was a mod!! I modify tools to make them work better for me. I think the design and balance of the XP Deus coils is PERFECT.

already broke 2 sorry but not worth it if its 3d printed.

Jeremy, I cringed watching you perform this surgery. Keep the gloves on. Lol
