TRUSTORY BRO!!!!!! Some customers think that we got 10 minutes to talk to us about dumbass things which slows us down and it you have 4 or 5 customers that do that during your day is approx. an hour of your day!!!!! That's another yard time wise!!!! Plus, I hate talking to people anyways!!! Excellent video bro

Every single customer I have mails a check to the P.O. Box.
It's the ONLY way I do business. I am "One way Ray" on this.
I'm sure I loose allot of potential customers because of this but it sure does make life easy.
I fire at least three customers (or potential customers) a year. Firing a customer is the bravest thing we do in this business. It's a tough call, but "All money is not good money"

Some food for thought- My dad is a veteran and he says it’s weird to “thank a vet” on Memorial Day.

The longer youre in the business the quicker the red flags go up i guess
I have a couple customers that are like that! It gets really annoying sometimes! I think that they really just want to talk some one! I try to have patience with them! It’s hard sometimes that for sure!
I understand those that like the company as well as the ones youve had for several years that just want to catch up, its the .1% that youre like😡. But yes you have to have patience with some

Those sweet old ladies are my best salespeople. They get me new customers every year! And this is coming from an introvert. But yes, chasing down checks shouldnt be a part of our business in 2023
Yea im thinking i should have stressed the point of its NOT the sweet old ladies im talking about. They are better than any door hanger you can put out. And any tool with 2620 on it🙌
I have a commercial property I do once a month I have to wait a week for my check and then drive all the way in town to get it. I’m here today on Sunday cutting the place now.
Id make them mail it, venmo etc or add a charge for having to drive and get it
I really believe some of the older customers and some others also, don't understand your time management. If i were runing a lawn care co .I would convert all cust. to credit card on file and bill weekly, but that's just me. For sure very few cust. understand how hard your work is.

Yea. I told someone else, i should have stressed the point that it wasnt the little old ladies, i build in time for them ive had them so long. Its the ones that think youre beneath them because youre a lawn care guy

How does one even charge for a bush trimming that long? Wow.
I would do $2.50/ft that would make it a $250 job which after i was done seemed like a fair price for it
