Albert! Wonderful job the fish looks amazing. Great job talking about the price and mercury. I know a lot of people stay away because of the high counts. However you can get some freshly caught and only eat it a bit each year its not harmful. However it is sad how our waters are so polluted... Wonderful video my friend! ~Chef Chris
