That looks fabulous, I love Swordfish! It’s winter here now, I’ve got 2 frozen Sf steaks that I’m going to do this with. Thanks for the inspiration!
Nice. Going to I’ve this a shot
I noticed you oiled after the seasoning ? Is there a difference doing it before or after
nice.
i only wish you didnt compress the arugala buy putting the heavy fish on it?
You don't think thats a wee bit underseasoned? Thats a pretty thick cut for such a scant amount of seasoning.
Why is this filmed like a horror movie? Its so dark and cold looking. Fire the editor.
Looks for help cooking his first Swordfish Steak... Lands on this video.... Instructions per video....
Put the prepped fish on the grill, and it comes off when its ready. This one took 10 minutes......huh??
I mean, you could have used just a lil more info there..
How hot was your grill?
How much did each piece aprox weigh?
I mean, right when I was starting to pay attention because I wanted the answers, the video was done.
The video is “how to grill a perfect swordfish”, yet over half the video is about a salsa and he never says how hot the grill should be or the temperature of the swordfish steak when it’s done. In fact, they fast forward through the actual grilling. Useless video.
