    The video is “how to grill a perfect swordfish”, yet over half the video is about a salsa and he never says how hot the grill should be or the temperature of the swordfish steak when it’s done. In fact, they fast forward through the actual grilling. Useless video.

    The fish looks beautiful, but I recommend viewers looking for good info on chirashi, or sushi in general, to watch another video on the rice. This rice is... sort of a crime against chirashi... and sushi. It looks hard and dry. Sushi rice should be moist, fluffy, and served at same temperature as the body. It is seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar and salt. It is "sliced", not stirred, and certainly not pressed into a bowl. My whole point being; sushi rice is simple, beautiful, but distinct in its manner of preparation. Additionally, with chirashi, you need to have an even ratio of fish and rice. This.... is not that.
