    Bluefin Tuna is known in the seafood world as the reigning king of the sushi bar. Each bite is filled with melty, delicious, umami flavor that will make you say "wow that was like butter." A sharp knife, soy sauce, wasabi and maybe some rice is all you need to have a seafood experience like no other.
