      @M LA Tuna of that size costs several thousand dollars on the inexpensive end. They have been known to sell for a hundred thousand or more. It takes a long time to get the cuts right to maximize yield and minimize damage.

      I haven’t seen an ad in a few years. My phone has CZcams on about 12 hours a day, having ads would waste an hour or two a day.. Having premium is worth saving 30-60 hours a month for me.

    There are so many years of technical mastery to make this look as easy as he does. The fact that he looks so young betrays the years he put into learning his craft.

    Not only is this a great video, but if you take yourself back to where and how he started and look at where he is now.. the way he speaks of his knowledge and his passion speaks major volumes. He doesn't care how much money he makes. His love for himself, his restaurant, his staff, his family and his customers is something that should be implemented in every day lives. Having a great attitude and humbled understanding of the world and humankind can take you anywhere you want to go. What a gangster.

      bluefin tuna is hugely expensive watching a professional do it is enough, there is no way you'd be able to do it well with just one video nor would you want to. it's not only expensive but huge, how often do you want to cut up a whole cow?

    Although it looks delicious I rather not buy bluefin tuna since it's been in major population decline from overfishing and illegal fishing. Most of the demand comes from high end sushi restaurants.

      @@Pammellam I don't know of any fully captive farmed bluefin tuna, that's like trying to farm sharks. Doesn't seem feasible. The only tuna 'farming' I know of is where people take wild juveniles and raise them. This is not farming,
