Albert, I made this tonight and this is freaking amazing!!! I did some variations from your recipe but nothing major. I used vegetable broth in place of white wine, I cooked shrimp as well as the salmon and I used a salt, pepper, garlic mix rather than salt & pepper. I was a bit worried about the plain greek yogurt though. I'm not a big fan of plain yogurt but this stuff is amazing! Thank you so much for the video! 👍👍

10/10 made this yesterday and it was so easy to make and tasted delicious! i’m muslim so i couldn’t use the white wine and so i just used water instead, might substitute with grape juice next time :)
