Eggplant Dip & Garlic Baguette Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Eggplant Dip:
- 1 large eggplant
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
For the Garlic Baguette:
- 1 baguette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
Instructions:
Eggplant Dip:
1. Cut the eggplants in half and brush with olive oil.
2. Add chili flakes and air fry for 15 minutes.
3. Peel the cooked eggplants and put them in a blender.
4. Add garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and blend until smooth.
5. Stir in chopped parsley.
Garlic Baguette:
1. Slice the baguette lengthwise.
2. Spread a mixture of grated garlic, olive oil, and dried parsley on the baguette.
3. Toast until golden and crispy.
