This happened across the street from where I work. Damn
I remember the 3 apartment complexes that went up in flames while under construction back in 2015 and 2016. 2 in the Gilbert area and one on the west side of Phoenix.
Yep, exactly what I’ve remembered and there’s also one that went out today the ballpark downtown that went up in flames just like this. Millions and millions of dollars interesting isn’t it but yes, this totally reminded me of the Gilbert fires because my aunt owned a home right off Gilbert there and one of the houses even on her street got touched by that guy. He was going up and down Gilbert Road.
Kudos to Holly for checking to see if there might have been lightning. Thorough work 🙂👍
It’s a good thing nobody lived in them
I saw it from my bedroom window at 2 a.m. i thought it was the police station
Anybody check with PETA? I believe there was a spate of "if you build it we will burn it" fires in Colorado back in the 2000s.
There’s a lot of anti growth morons in the Prescott area so wouldn’t surprise me.
And all the new phoenix apartments are all wood.
Do you think that the insurance company is going to absorb that $60M loss? NOPE! The rest of us ratepayers are going to foot the bill for it!!
all new construction sites have cameras and security 24/7 except for this one??????????????
Oh well now you know that's probably BECAUSE OF COVID 😂
JEWISH 😂 LIGHTNING 😂
Thank God this wasn't full of people!
Ask the neighborhood watch,,they're more Nosy than a raccoon,,😂😂😂
AZ doesn't need more "Luxury" apartments. Glad no one was inside but I'm not sad that these are gone.
And of course they were luxury. Can’t build anything affordable for anybody that you know works. The normal job to be able to live in. Course they probably burn those down too if they built affordable housing because you know we can’t have that although everybody wants workers. This whole thing is just ridiculous. Too many fires lately.
Yeah was this a 5th or 10th alarm fire?
In the 1970s Prescott was still a small frontier type town and Prescott Valley didn't exist. It had maybe 18,000 in 1980. Today the whole area has over 80,000. We used to come up from Phoenix a couple times a year. The area is another victim of the overkill growth in Arizona. Glad we have long since left.
I’d make you the number one suspect. What’s your name ?
@@4gegtyreeyuyeddffvyt tell me your name first ?
Complete loss? Not for the Arsonist and insurance beneficiary. Oops, did I say that out loud? 😅
Yeah, it is kind of weird and this economy that they’re halfway through and gosh darn it whoops $60 million yeah kind of weird. You’re not the only one to notice.
😂😂😂❤️you’re sense of humor ❤️🤣🤣🤣
so no security ?' what about cameras ? any shopping center has camera trailers left for security . what about this development ?. millions in construction and no security lol
right! 1/2 second of a blurry video is all ????? 60 mil building with no security?????????
Probably was a gas lime explosion started it because of the loud bang.
Landlords keeping supply low by whatever means they deem necessary.
It was a laser beam from space they should have painted it blue. Lol
It went up because Oprah and The Rock didn't own it.
