New speculations surrounding Prescott Valley apartment fire

I was awake at the apartment complex next door and never heard any explosion like your news reports imply. I could hear the fire trucks arriving at around 1:30ish. Most of my neighbors and I believe it was an electrical fire because it seemed to have started on a single floor of the almost complete section. That would imply a short circuit of a whole floor where the wires got hot enough to ignite the entire thing.
People should stop speculating and wait for the actual report to come out because it’s not helping anyone.

This is so sad, . This would have been a beautiful structure when completed. A waste of materials and putting so many workers out of a job.

had a good feeling that this guy had to do with something with the fire beacsuse it's april fools when this happens and a lot of people was mad at the fact that they where biulding this

Wow if that happened in Phoenix the whole city could burn as all those 5-7 story wood framed mega complexes are right by each other. Hope a smart analyst wit HLS/FBI/ATF are aware of this. This might be an exercise by bad people.

This was right next to 3 story apartments, only 3 units of them got damaged.
