Hey, really great and inspiring physique. Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from Next Level Diet, and meal plan also. I gained 8lbs in 3 weeks (mostly muscle). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so I can try when I'm done with this one. This one rocks but I like to experiment haha
Judging by all the views it seems like there are quite a few people who might be curious to know what would happen if you stopped working out for a month and that’s exactly what I show/explain.
You didn't lose anything man. Great job on staying on the diet even though you were not working out. I've had these set backs time and time again as well.
This is really helpful for me as I’ve been very sick for 2 weeks and unable to work out at all without hurting myself. It makes me feel a lot better realizing that my body isn’t going to dissolve into a blob after my hard work.
That's very true tho. Say, if you only ate junk food through that inactivity time, the new fat will make it harder for you to see your muscles and could potentially make your workouts harder
Thanks for this. I just found out I have a fractured rib and will be out for 4-6 weeks after feeling the strongest I've ever been. When I found out I was feeling pretty discouraged but I know that it was just a temporary setback 💪🏾💯.
Thank you for this video! I got an injury and now I have to skip 6 weeks of gym, I've been eating the same amount but I can feel that it's harder to eat because I'm not burning as much, honestly I don't care if I look a little more bloated, my goals are strength so I don't want to lose any muscle.
Ive been wrestling my whole life but I started serious lifting on-top of wrestling probably a year ago I got injured and I haven’t been able to do anything for 3 weeks glad i saw this
nice advice on keeping the same diet. whenever I stop going to gym, I start binge drinking, staying up too late (sometimes even skipping the sleep entirely for a day) and that couple weeks pushes me back couple months.
As far as I've read, when you start exercising again even after a long break your muscles will re-activate and they'll start looking exactly like how they were before your break. So yeah, that explains why you look basically the same.
@@naughtmeinam4603 its basically if you already did a few exercises shortly before so there is so a lot of blood flowing through your muscles, making you look bigger
The great part about natural lifting is even when you're on a break if you have mature mass it sticks around. It'll stick for years with minimal maintenance.
