I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from Next Level Diet, and meal plan also. I gained 8lbs in 3 weeks (mostly muscle). Bro you didn't loose any muscle, you've didn't train for 4 weeks, so probably the glycogen in the muscle has decreased a little bit. You have a nice physique keep up the hard work 💪🔥

      Actually some folks can.I eat like a pig and I’m 6ft 145LBS.A lot of it depends on genetics I’m sure.But I do burn tons of calories daily with work/running…

    • @Razzy-sr4oq
      @Razzy-sr4oq Před 2 lety

      @@zzxmookysxzz4103 ah, you lucky duck! Yes, you have the right genetics and high metabolism to pull that off. But still, this quote holds true. If you ate more calories than your metabolism could burn off, even with your active work and running, you'd gain weight. But in your case, it's just that you'd need to eat a TON of stuff, and high caloric density, and over a good period of time to actually see the effects. So your situation is a lot more forgiving than most folks, is all. Lucky duck! XD

    Exactly like you said, if you keep dieting properly and keep your protein intake you're not gonna lose anything. Only if you're not taking half a year break.
