For those who are sick the best way to maintain muscle mass is just eat at your calorie surplus then add 300-500, that way you’ll be able to preserve your lean muscle mass when your body is at war with the sickness you got. I don’t recommend eating the same especially when you are in a bulk since your body can’t build new muscle tissue when it’s busy battling a sickness, so it’s better to eat your maintenance calories just add atleast 300-500.
A DEXA is NOT regarded as one of the most accurate lmao. Quite a significant margin of error

That’s exactly what I do & I’m able to build muscle really quickly. I build on the intensity to failure. Once I can only do 1 to 3 reps I know that I’m done. I’m not looking to hurt my joints, I’m looking to up the intensity in any way possible and that’s why I’m big on calisthenics.

This is what I needed to know. I’ve just reach 20lbs dumbbells bicep curls But I can only do the first set for 10 reps. The second set drops to like 7/8 reps and the third set drops to like 5 reps. Then I would drop down to 15lbs and do some more sets. Maybe with a different variations. And then move on to cables. (This might be too much volume though. But I only train arms about once a week. Could only go to gym 4 days a week) But was wondering when I could maybe start trying the 25s without costing form. I’ve tried it at the end of my set just to play around and it didn’t move anywhere 🥲.

If its store bought you can scan the barcode or search. If you’re making it at home you would have to find the macros for each ingredient and calculate the total macros for each serving.
