Hi! I'm Mr. Thusharapriya Perera from Sri Lanka here again and my question for you all responsible and accountable persons is that what is the actual size of the two - jaw bearing or otherwise gear puller which you have been employed to remove the stubborn and stuck wiper arms from its respective shafts in this CZcams video of the wiper arms removal and replacement of Audi - A4 saloon or sedan? Furthermore, the reality is that it is difficult to get the use of a two - jaw puller which has a greater jaw thickness and greater in size with the small recces in the wiper arm fitting hole on the windscreen lower portion and the two - jaw puller must be 3" inches in jaw reach or length to get done the job or task effectively and efficiently. I would like to think you may reply or respond positively, comprehensively, and on a timely manner for my matter or concern above clearly mentioned. Hey, in the video it says you need a 2 jaw puller after you take the nuts off.
