After a chat with another vlogger, Stevie Bloke and his good lady wife Angie, I have managed to cobble together a new mount for the windscreen!
    Highly recommend following these guys!

A day out in the truck talking about all kinds of random stuff! Quite new to this and still very much finding my way around vlogging! Don't judge me yet! I'm also trying out some new toys so sound may be funny at times or even none existant! Videos may also suddenly and randomly end! I have no beginning, I have no end... I just live for the middle bit!

Hi Steve , a question for you , is the walk away check before you start work by law ,

Hello again James, absolutely yes, completely a legal requirement to do a vehicle check every day. It's a tough call some mornings but has to be done every day and recorded to say it's been done

Do you have camera permanently plugged in.. I sometimes use my go pro but the battery doesn't seem to last (.

Hello! Yes, I have them both plugged into either a usb adapter into the cigar socket or I use a battery pack. On the 3+ the usb socket shares with the microphone so it's usually charging when not being used and then i swap for the mic adapter. On the 7 I removed the battery door so I can have it plugged in all the time. I have the mic adapter for that one too and with that adapter, you can run off the usb power lead and have the mic plugged in together. Much better. But the 7 crashes a lot and the only way to get going is to remove the battery... so I leave the battery out. That way I can unplug the lead and then plug back in to reset. Much easier... but frustrating!
