A day out in the truck talking about all kinds of random stuff! Quite new to this and still very much finding my way around vlogging! Don't judge me yet! I'm also trying out some new toys so sound may be funny at times or even none existant! Videos may also suddenly and randomly end! I have no beginning, I have no end... I just live for the middle bit!

Hi Steve , I'm not a driver but I do suffer from mental health issues , breakdowns , depression , suicidal thoughts , my advice is don't be ashamed of admitting that you need help , I have had my health issues since 1994 , I kept it to myself till it got to much and I cut my wrists at work one day , I went and got help from the doctor and the hospital , I still have my bad days now but I know now what to do , I try to keep myself busy by reading a book or cooking or taking the dog for a walk , my advice is always tell some one , your love one , a friend , someone at work , never block it out I did the first time and it nearly cost me my life , have a great weekend with the family and take care and drive carefully 👍👍👍
It never leaves you... you learn to live with it and with help, you learn to self regulate.
Good on you for taking the steps to move forwards.. and keep on heading that way because looking back isnt always the best option. Thanks for taking the time to watch the videos and having the strength to leave a public comment. Cheers 👍

Whats all this about Mental Health Issues. In my day it was referred to as pressures of the job. Most people were told, If you can't stand the pressure then get out there's plenty
of other people out there looking for work.
Very true but the world is a different place with more pressure on just about everyone. Some deal better than others. A little preparation sometimes goes a long way and a bit of info upfront helps to decide whether the job would be suitable or not. Costs a fortune these days if you put yourself through!
My health issues wasn't due to work , so you can't blame all of it on work , read my comment that I left
