A day out in the truck talking about all kinds of random stuff! Quite new to this and still very much finding my way around vlogging! Don't judge me yet! I'm also trying out some new toys so sound may be funny at times or even none existant! Videos may also suddenly and randomly end! I have no beginning, I have no end... I just live for the middle bit!

Steve, your audio is 100 spot on with that lavalier mic. Your content is great and I really admire your CALMNESS, to the point that I am jealous, I could listen to you for hours, you have got an impressive mellow tone. No gay stuff, lol, just what it is.

Alvarez is a Spanish surname (my father's fault, lol) and the vocal force tone is on the first A in AL, but if you get stuck, no worries, my first name is Oscar.
Finally, in this last video you had about 10 seconds of audio overlap between your PIP and your main front-facing audio. So, the PIP could have been moved a bit forward on the NLE's timeline

Thanks Oscar. I spent ages getting this all lined up! The pip should have been ending where my channel music started. It's like that on the edit screen so I have no idea! All I know is, my laptop struggles so shall be upgrading towards the end of the year. Maybe wait for sales.
All of this is put together in the truck as I've mentioned because I need to keep work and family time separate where possible. I used to run macs before when I had my commercial photography business but that's long gone which is a shame because they would have been more up to putting this stuff together... but then if the business would have survived.. I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing now :-)
It's good to learn new skills. I am a bit of a sponge for learning and have also spent a few years as a trainer / teacher / instructor which is probably where my calmness comes in!

Hi Steve , A quick question off point but I'm a new driver and was wondering the best way to keep track of driving hours etc, do you use an app or do you you write down in a notebook directly from the tacho ?

Hiya I use the Tachogram app and card reader to keep tabs of my hours. It is a subscription service but it's not too expensive and gives you all the data you require. There's an app and an online platform. The online platform gives you much more info than the app. Cheers!
