I used to ride in the 80's, and loved my Honda Nighthawk 650! You're right, the Suzuki sure has that great look from the past! After 28 years I'm going to ride again, and just happen to be considering buying one of these two bikes, so I'm glad I saw your video. Problem is I can't make up my mind which one I like best. I like the way the Shadow handlebars sweep back towards the rider, compared to the Suzuki. Do you fine that the Honda is better to cruise on?
In a couple months I’m gonna buy this 05 as my first bike and I have some questions about it. Where do you buy your parts and do you need to buy the certain 05 parts or will they work on it? What oil do you put into it? Do you have any tips or advice?

Nice intro. Had the same Shadow 10 yrs ago. My wife and son colluted with each other and just got me the same S50 as a surprise.
Great bike. I got my '09 eight years ago, same color even, trouble free. It is a little small for 2 up riding, that's where my C 50 comes in.
Those are some very cool bikes you've got there. Love that little clock! It integrates well with the handle bars. And that decal made me smile!!

Hi Tommy ....saw a 2005 S50 today...looked a lot like the one you have there....what did you pay for yours? This dealership wants 3K for theirs?
The worst thing about this bike is that it uses wire wheels,probably tube tires.
