  • This week I take a deep dive into repairing a vintage 1960's RCA SK-46 Ribbon Microphone that was sent in for repair by a customer! I do dozens of repairs just like this one every week, so I wanted to give a better look at what my repair process looks like.

    Wow!! That’s a major difference!! The low end was huge after you repaired it, not to mention how quiet it was!! Very interesting to watch that!

      He posted about it on his insta, I think it was passed down to him from a prominent worker at the factory

      I acquired it from Clarence Kane of Enak before he sadly passed away! I'm very thankful to get to use these historic pieces.
