That 392 intake manifold is already a huge improvement over the factory intake manifold but a ported 392 intake manifold will make that 5.7L Hemi V8 perform even better.

@@angelomaselli5191 they are hard to find used and some that you find are scams (specifically Facebook Marketplace). You just have to keep digging into the forums, local if you can find one. Yes, you can get a new ported one for $795 (I think that's right) from Modern Muscle Extreme) but like you said, then you have to get the other parts as well. Noticeable difference in mine, what I seen was drivability of the car was way more responsive in low, mid, top end. Exhaust note changed etc. Between shifts the car has no delay and picks up way faster than stock. The torque and power keeps pulling through high end where the 5.7’s tend to die. The car breathes way easier. Why Chrysler bottles a 5.7 up so much is frustrating. At the end of the day it all boils down to your tuner and other supporting mods you may have. Jay Greene is a wizard with these GEN3 hemis and he’s got my ride and Shake n Bake running very reliable, but also pissed off when we step on the throttle 🏁

Modern Red Hemi I’ve heard bad things too. But speaking with MMX they are correcting the issue with vacuum leaks and bad gaskets. They machine out all the gasket fittings on the bottom and they have made their own custom gasket for it. Which lead me to purchase. MMX steered me away at first but then later on they started doing this mod to the intakes and they said try it now. Also purchased my cam, hellcat TB blaster coils, legmaker etc. but I’ll let you know when installed and tuned.

It's been a while since you did this video, I'm sure people still use it as a reference. Most use the MSD window switch to activate the runners.
MMX ( modern muscle extreme ) carries the SRV controller from Z Automotive. It works fantastic, and won't fail due to heat like the MSD can. It's also controllable from inside the car.

If you can find a cheap 6.4 intake you can always get it first. In the long run, all of these mods work together to gain even more power. Sequence, for the most part, is up to you and your budget.

LOL... I had a buddy of mine help me with the install. The hardest part is the wiring. I know another CZcamsr put up a video on the wiring, just can't remember who it was. There is also a guy on Facebook (Takayama Sam) that is making the wiring harnesses for this install.

That's only for a Shaker due to the added cost of the additional bracket that is required. Also, it sticks with the roughly $100/HP of a lot of other mods. As for Rams, check out the video that Incredible Hemi uploaded a couple days ago. They say Rams get about 30.
