Love your Teams videos and I would love to see something in lower price range, 250 below, in safe neighborhood, homes or condo or townhomes, for first time buyers. Also maybe a video on the pointers or PRE process a first time buyers should be doing to prepare to purchase. Ya'll do an awesome Job :-) cant wait to see more
