So being the one rando who brought this up... I am sad I missed this live... :) My only question is this for Amber... If you have a fantastic credit score... could you pay a lower amount than the 20% downpayment to avoid these LLPAs... which would get you hit with PMI, but then could you immediatly pay enough to get you to 20% on your first or second payment... so that the PMI immediately goes away... and save a boatload of money that way? I don't know enough about it... but I love me a good loophole if I can find them.

Thanks for that video. Living in West Los Angeles I have never been able to purchase, although I have helped too many friends renovate... I just had the inspiration to buy my Grandparents old house in Boulder City, up Hillside Drive, and renovate it as Italian/Spanish style? He gave Shirley Temple her tour, as he was a chief electrical supervisor long ago, back with your G. Grandfather. . Maybe for now I will try for a townhouse, if there are any? Than I can still travel. I like the way this desert town looks charmingly old fashioned and green for a desert.

If you’re planning on moving anywhere from the east and want to move to Southern NV . Please please … come stay here for a couple of weeks to a month if you can. To determine if it’s a good plan. My family and I have been here for 6 month and absolutely do not like it. We had great intentions but for us it didn’t work out. We missed many things from NC and can’t wait to move back at the end of October. VEGAS in my opinion is a great place to VIST. Other than that….nope! Trust me when I I say you, will miss grass and trees and good food. Also your back yard is pretty much like a prison. Staring at blocks and cement. Too hot also. And you will dry up! My skin and hair is a mess. Can’t wait to get back to humidity. Plus I can deal with the bugs no problem … because even here there are bugs too. So don’t let anyone say there aren’t any bugs in NV. 🙄😉
