Great overview of Spring Valley I didn't know it had so much going on. Also, you have upped your video quality with this one!
Thanks Monica! Spring Valley is a hidden gem 💎
I’m glad you liked it :)So many don’t know about all that it has to offer
Thank you for the spring valley review, everybody talks about summerlin and henderson, but from the beginning I knew spring valley was my #1 because it's close to everything!
It is so close to everything! And has a lot to offer within. And cheaper than Summerlin & Henderson!
So glad you agree
Can you do centennial hills next
Great suggestion!
are there pockets of spring valley that you could live and work in and not need a car? more or less sustainable living etc or with a high walk score?
Near China Town would be pretty walkable!
How are the apartments in spring valley?
It depends! There's lots of options. Anything from cheap to luxury. Most apartments over there are complexes, comparable to Henderson & Summerlin, not so many high rises. I've never lived in an apartment over there, however the area around Ikea seems booming with some cool new complexes like South Beach Apartments, Evo, Zezura. No first hand experience with those but may be worth looking into.
Uh huh, Chinatown? YUK!
Sorry you feel that way.
