The unboxing experience of this phone is quite flag-shipy, you don't get a charger in the box or case or a pre applied screen protector 💀💀

MY review :
1. Exynos not optimized for gaming
2. thick bezels
3. over priced
4. no major upgrade over last generation
5. Hybrid sim slot
6. no telephoto lens in this price range
Rather go for s23 FE for 45K.
This was the exact reason as to why Samsung did not make the A55 available in the USA. It is so close to the S23 FE in terms of pricing, yet the S23 FE was way better (even the regular S22 or S23 is a better buy lol).
Or A54 is also a nice option
@@rgabdulmannan I'd rather get the A35 instead, coz it seems like A35 uses the Exynos 1380 more efficiently than the A54. Plus, A35 gets one year of extra software support so there's that as well...
That being said, cameras are probably better on the A54 so yea.

2. Small display 6.4 inch only with thick bezels
3. No Fast charging, no powerful processor, no better camera compare to other brands at that price segment.
Samsung is downgrading it's own products.
For last 2 years I want to upgrade my M30s(2019) to other devices under 35k but no Samsung device gives better Graphic settings in BGMI (except A34)
My 2019 Galaxy M30s is capable of giving HDR + Ultra and Smooth+ Extreme Setting with Exynos 9611 processor, but now a days not any device is giving better gaming settings in Exynos.
Even S23FE is shit at 36k . It only makes sense at 28k.
It has big bezzels than S21fe

Tbh A55 is a better interm of day to day use (reguler user). The performance is just enough to running OneUI smoothly, more premium build feel in hand, longer OS support, the thermal much cooler than S23 Fe, and also longer battery
S23 FE won't last much as Exynos 2200 is now getting outdated. Better wait till S24 FE with Exynos 2400.
@@rajpawar9343 I used an S9+ for a while and its performance is enough for all the apps and all the games I downloaded (I didnt try genshin). exynos 2200 will surely be enough for a lot of years. Though I don't know if there will be an S24 FE tbh because the line between A5X and SXXFE series is more blurry than ever, except for chipset.

It's not only just criticism but also mentioning Glance & Trash things that Samsung do despite potraying itself premium & experience based phone.

Hell, X6 Pros performance is even better than S23Fe!
But not at the level of Poco F5 tho! F5 has better battery and better thermals at heavy load with only slight performance difference!
The Poco F6 is expected to turn things around, and will definitely be better than all the phones you've mentioned above. Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 is promising, and it'll be interesting to see how the F6 Pro (set to use 8 Gen 2) holds up value wise when compared to the regular F6...@@rrrr3666

Got my A55 today. The screen vivid color is pale just like the S24 when it just released. Hopefully Samsung fixes this with an update too.

The problem samsung plays it safe with a series because they know its a best seller worldwide due to good software, ui and camera experience thats why competition can only conpensate in terms of better processor only. Samsung dont want to put better processor due to it affects its flagship sales like the s20 fe did previously.
They made the "mistake" of making them value for money like A73 and A52S. They will never be made like them ever again.
Should've also included the Nothing Phone2 in the comparisons which I believe is the best phone under ₹35k
Alot of people often buy this phone on a very hefty discount and if you buy this phone in the US or the UK on carriers it's as if it's free.. so they know the market bro..

If the 8 Gen 1 version is available, then yeah. But as far as I know, there is no SD version available in India. So, I'd say go for the S22, S22 Plus or S23 instead, as they have Snapdragon chips, and are more value for money (you'll get less updates tho).

@@The.Honoured.2 8G1 heats up only when u stress it out... Otherwise it's a chip that doesn't heat a lot but uses more power than usual. The Exynos 2200 is a little worse tho...

Why not go for S21FE SD888 at this point. It usually goes for ~35k for the 8/128 version and it's a much better experience.
I waited for a35 but then I bought s21fe as there were no improvements in a35 from a34.

Using galaxy A54 5G from last year . Trust me guys it doesn't justify its price. It hangs a lot. UI is very laggy . Camera is good but overall it is wastage of money

1080/2340 even the screen on my Redmi note 10 pro has 1080/2400 and for the price of around 479 euros I could buy the nothing phone 2A for 399 for the 256 gb/12 gb of ram and still have 80 euros in my pocket

In the ads matter I don't completly agree with you. I am using a54 for the past 1 year, prior to that galaxy s10.
Ads don't shows up like everywhere on the chinese phones in the step up process it does shows up but gives you option to disagree and ads don't come up at all.

When the S21 FE and S23 FE exist, A55 is a really confusing launch buy Samsung that too at 40k. Why would anyone pick this over S21FE at 29k or even S23 FE at 45k?

Why will someone buy A series phone when FE series with similar price range has better features and performance
Fe series has better performance but lacks expandable storage. They also have heating issues. Plus, battery life will be better on this one. Not to mention the 12gb of ram. But, at 40k it's cutting it too close. Oneplus 12R in comparison is better (but again no expandable storage)

If you think that this phone is a compromise, you should know that by choosing Chinese phones, you are compromising national security, bit by bit. That's far more expensive than the additional 10k to 15k you pay for a secure device.

Everyone who's calling it shit, are getting attracted to the chinese brands that offer you good specs on paper but start getting worse within 2 years of use. I have an A53 and it still feels like a new phone. What you get is quality for the price, the quality of components, the quality of battery and the quality of tried and tested tech that makes your phone reliable and last very long.

Samsung should really consider making their FE editions with flagship chipset under the 40k range. I would NEVER invest in a Samsung phone that has a mediocre chipset.

It's a samsung phone, wait until how many years, those phones you compare the A55 to? Their not gonna stay as good as the after unboxing experience. Its a samsung phone, one thing to take away from the cons is that it's hardware + software integration is known and is best against any brand. Just try it, you'll know, it's a brand and phone that stands the test of time. A worthy device for your hard earned money. With all the negative feedback I've seen to this phone, this comment is something to ponder upon.

OnePlus and Poco are offering much much better specs at this price point, so as iqoo Neo 9.
But Samsung will top them all probably for its user experience, and One Plus Struggling with green line issue, poco with motherboard and iqoo may not be a good choice for longetivity.
But for this price, Samsung is definitely not worth it.
