Robert is the man. Busiest dude I know. Hope cooks pay him well. Every time I have a question with my mill I have to wait on Robert to clear up and call me back. Love my cooks mill .
Very impressive! Would love a slab of black walnut for a dining table!! Robert, you're an asset to the company, keep the informative CooksSaw videos coming!!
Beautiful. Black Gold.

You are wrong they grow from the gulf to the north Canada the paper co, cut them down and farmers to plant pine and cotton in the 1700s and in 1920s they where here and the native American used them for oil and food if you find a few acres of trees in a wet place that has been passed over and not clear cut you can usually find a few I have a few over here in Florala just west of y'all and I know where there is some on the river just south of the Alabama line out of Dothan but they were all over when Andy Jackson was trying to get all my ken folks and send them to Oklahoma, it is in the old historical books that they don't teach any more just like the chest nuts they killed them and cut them down for paper the trees that grow in west Virginia grow here.God Bless Y'all and have a great day and keep them video's coming and one of day I'm going to get rid of my old mill and get me one of those cooks they are great mills 😀😊
Awesome! Thanks for the info. and glad to hear there are a few of them in the area still.
One of the reason that they are not a lot of them is that they grow super slow I would bet that the one that you just sawed is over 200 years old
Which model of LS are you using on that monster?
Would love to add a LQ9 twin turbo small block but just not sure the fuel economy would be that great. 😁
Is that 10/quarter?
