Perfect, just what I was looking for, I wonder why they didn’t just make a base plate that magnetically attaches to your bin. I have shelves that do this on the side of my fridge that can each easily hold 2 large bags of flour. Would have thought strong enough for 4L of food waste.
Do you think I would be able to add a magnet to the bracket and somehow take off the part that should hang with compatible trash cans in order for it to fit my can? (I don't have access to a 3d printer but I want to make this work)! I cant tell how easy it is to remove that but it doesnt seem likely. Thanks!

tbh, that back clip is pretty integrated into the mount so removing it would be difficult
