- This is a review of the Simplehuman Compost Caddy ( amzn.to/3AJM1nT ), a small 1-gallon bin that sits on the side of your kitchen trash bin and holds compostables until you are ready to put them in your compost bin, on your compost pile, or bring them to your neighborhood compost drop-off.
This uses SimpleHuman "Z" liners, which are quite hard to find sometimes! You can use a compostable gallon-sizes alternative: amzn.to/2Ug0A2X

my mom keeps leaving her scraps in a bowl by the sink which grosses me out and theres fruit flies around it all the time. i'm going to buy her this for christmas to go along with the simple human trash can i got her so its covered and doesnt take up counter space. thanks for the video.

My hook was included. They call it the “magnetic dock”. I’ve just confirmed that it is listed on the package contents on simple humans site!

Mine didn’t come with that hook and I can’t find it anywhere … can anyone help?
I’d talk to the company about getting a replacement. This is a bit of a weird piece.
