Oh cool! Yeah, it all depends on the household and amount of stuff thrown. Simple Human even released a voice control trash can before I bought mines. But it’s okay! Sometimes, it’s nice to keep it simple with a pedal.
@@miriamcorbilla better off with the pedal less to wear out and if you have a tv in ur kitchen and a google home or Amazon Alexa it could go off.. I think the pedal is better for that type of application as I have in my house.. it will last you the entire ten years... without malfunction..
i just ordered this - tower 70ltr black sensor recycle bin for £115. this bin u have is the one i would of had but the price is a bit much and even tho £115 is still much for me but i finally decided what one to go for.
So a regular 13 gallon trash bag will fit just fine like how you demonstrated in the video? Since I buy in bulk, I want to make sure that it also fits without having to spend more for their specific liners.
Yes, i have the 13 gallon bags in bulk too and it can fit but it will have some excess. I just roll the top a bit and tuck it to the side so it doesn’t show (like rolling up long sleeves shorter).
Lol I understand. This product ain’t cheap. I’m still happy with mines. Go with what you feel comfortable with. The Amazon Basics is a better deal and has lots of ratings. Hopefully it has good warranty!
Now that you've had this product for more than a year, how's it holding up today and do you ever wish you got an alternate product? We have a beagle who likes to try getting into our current bin, have you had any issues with your pet(s) successfully knocking this one over to get inside? Thanks! :)
It’s holding up wonderfully!! I am still happy with the product of a step pedal because a sensor would break down by now (in my experience). And I have a German Shepherd at home with no issues of knocking it over, he knows better lol.
I have the one with sensor, and it's been 3 years. Still works perfectly. the best thing about these trash cans is it remains brand new and sleek in the kitchen. I have never been so proud of a purchase like this.👍
Hi thanks for the video! I do have a question, does the whole lid stay up by itself when you lift it to change bags? Like if I needed it to stay open but without pressing the pedal for example.

Hi! Yes the lid does stay up while you’re changing the trash bags! You def don’t need to step on the pedal to stay open :) yay.
