Arif should seriously consider having his own youtube channel.
Both cars are jostling for dominance in this category, and therefore there will be a few points to consider which may not even be car related, like servicing, breakdown repairs and also number of places to be able to do these things.
We are beginning to see the plateau of features that an EV can provide, just like how IOS and Android compete with each other. At the end of the day, the price still plays the most important factor, IMHO.

Omoda 5 ev interior is less spacious than the Atto 3. But the looks inside is way better in the omoda 5 ev.

Thanks for the good review, Arif. One more addition is when you leave the car, it auto locks itself. Interior is definitely better than the Atto 3 as well as handling.

Yes, i have test driven both atto 3 and Omoda E5, when hard acceleration it requires extra attention to make sure cars are going straight, it feels floaty and its a deal breaker for me
I experienced the same thing too... I tested the E5 earlier today in rainy condition. Only tapped slightly more and it torque steers

For its size, perhaps Michelin Primacy 4 or Continental EcoContact 6 Q. The Smart #1 Premium is on a set of EcoContacts. Not exactly "EV" tyres but it does the job.
"EV" tyres like Pirelli Pzero Elect are great, but I'm not sure if it's available for 18-inch wheels. I quite liked it on the Volvo C40. Michelin Pilot Sport EV is nice too if you're willing to spend.

Omoda definitely not slower than atto 3. Drag test already performed by Indonesian reviewer.

you know its slight bias when Cons became Bad bad and Pros became just alright.🤣
Why your omoda is so slow?, in many youtube test , omoda can do 0-100 , under 7 sec. Around 6,6 sec, faster than atto 3, even i saw, on moladin youtube channel, both car do drag racing, on same road, omoda is faster
We're wondering ourselves. In March 2024, the Chery Omoda E5 was officially listed with a 0-100km/h time of 7.6 seconds on the Chery Malaysia website.
Now it has been updated to 7.2 seconds.

chinese naming their stuff is just weird.. sometime they name their car like a factory name and sometime they name their phone a barcode scanner from mall
CKD quality of Malaysian workshop is worse compare to Indonesia. We have no brake issue here.
How do you know? Any prove on your claims?
