Very cool you got to work with Angelus! It is exciting to see them recognize the people that use their products!
That's what we are here for! we love our loyal users of the product!
you dontn have to spend that much onn paint can get all the stuff from michaels for way cheeper and they always have discounts
Canvas vans are so fun to paint on. Can't wait to try this design!
They are!
What a great looking shoe 🥰
That blue Krazy 🔥

Can you use the matte finisher on canvas shoes instead of the 4 coat?
👍👍
Great custom job! So awesome!
I was trying to do some of my own customs. Any chance you know what paint id have to mix to make the “sail” color used on jordan 1’s?
Try our "Cream" VERY CLOSE.
use other paints these are too overpriced
@@sonytantoni2372then tell us. Stop playing coy.
So I have all white low top chucks and the customer wants red bling and pearl so I’m going to paint the shoes red first with fire red , 2soft is that correct? Do I use the sealer on them before I put the stones and pearls or no ? And how long should I wait to add stones after paint
Damn your great
So, I got these pair of converse with Chunky white mid soles that I want to dye black. can I use the paint mixed with 2-hard for that ?
Hey.
I have a question about custom shoes. I guess do you apply something at the end of the process. Like a finisher or water/stain repellent. It will be durable? How long will it last the picture on it.
You would not need to apply anything to it if you prep correctly. Once the paint is dry, your shoes are water-proof and ready to go! The finisher would be added if you are looking for a specific "sheen".
Very nice! Which 4 coat did you use?
I typically use matte for almost every project
Could I use water to dilute the paint, or will that compromise the integrity of it? I've heard of Angelus 2-Thin, but I just want some tips on how to make the paint flow better when working on canvas. I've just started painting shoes and still unfamiliar with the medium so asking a fair few strange questions haha
The 2-Thin would be ideal for that. However a LITTLE water would be fine.
@@AngelusBrand excellent, thank you.
question…
u think these paints can work on fabric like say an apron? since it does on vans and lets say if i paint an apron with fabric paint can i use 4 coat for protection? or what do u recommend to seal paint besides heat seal?
Absolutely! You may want to add a base layer prior if the apron is a dark color.
On my slip ons, If i wanted to do the lilac on the sides, and the Dark grey on the main part, what colors do you think could give me the same effect??
If you check out our site you can check out all of our Grey paints and see which combination you would like best 🙌

Question do we need to apply 4-coat after we finish painting on canvas?
You can, I usually do. It protects the art and also takes away the shine from the paint
I did some suede vans for my daughter but I didn't use 4 coat, which one do you recommend?
None. You are completely fine without a finisher. Once the paint is dry, it is waterproof.
Angelus 4-Coat is applicable on canvas? Will it changes the texture of the canvas?
Yes, it makes it smoother and softer in both look and feel on canvas, which is why I applied it!
@@SneakerQueensCustoms thanks for the reply! Nicely done customs btw!
Is there a reason mine keeps cracking?? I prep with 2 soft, heat set, and use acrylic finisher.
You would still stick to the rule of 3-5 THIN layers.
Can I cover over patterned vans with this to make a new pattern?
Yes, however you will probably have to paint quite a number of 'primer' coats of paint. Ever see a car that has a grey part on the outside? The car was in an accident, the metal was repaired, and a 'primer' layer of paint was painted onto the repaired metal. The reason that u always see grey is because prior to painting the color you REALLY want u make a uniform color, with inexpensive paint, and you cover ALL the areas as there may be discrepencies of shade, shine, color, value, etc. Once the grey primer coat is perfect-and u can't see thru to the paint under they inexpensive icky looking grey paint, THEN you can put the extremely expensive fancy-schmancy beauuuutifully colored paint on top of the primer grey-and then ur car, and ur shoes, look beautiful.
Put 'primer' coats over your sneaker's current color before u paint ur sneakers how u want.
Does that help? :)
Do you need to mix the coat with 2 soft
No, you can use as is.
I want to buy my daughter a kit for her birthday. I’m looking for the 2 soft, Could tell me where I can find it?
Hi there! Try our distributor www.angelusdirect.com
Can you wash the shoes when they get dirty?
Or will the paint bleed?
You can absolutely clean your custom shoes. You can use a mild soap such as our Easy Cleaner without issue.
Does anyone know if the paint bleeds when you wash the shoes?
Not at all! once the paint is dry, you are completely waterproof and ready to go!
Helô Brasil pode mim encima a fazer desenho qui tinta usa para isso
Is it possible to paint the sole line part?
if you mean the midsole than no, theres really no way to keep paint on a rubber area like that without cracking or it just rubbing off
@@SneakerQueensCustoms Thank you that was exactly my question and you answered what I wanted to know
@@SneakerQueensCustoms agreed. It is like painting rubber tyre of a cars. People can paint it but kinda pointless. The paint will not held long.
Love how you guys are so informative and help one another. Thank you!

Hi good morning good night
I also want to customise a shoe but I don't have one could you please send me one please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
We just customized the last pair here.
p̴r̴o̴m̴o̴s̴m̴ 😪
you can do all this without spending a ton of money on these overpriced paints. i mean a started kit is 33 dollars you can go buy all the paint and sealer you need from michaels for waaaaay less and they always have half off coupons
Well, if you're going to write a comment like this, why not tell us what to buy instead of playing coy?
