I have an Empire Wool and Canvas Boreal Wool anorak and I was looking for a canvas wax or oil cloth over garment to block wind and hedge against rain. I've noticed that although quite warm...wind blows right through it. One suggestion, pass through slits in the kangaroo pocket to access pockets in the under-garment. I see the side slits, nice, I'd like at least one internally too. My Boreal Wool shirt is a large, so I'd guess I'd need an XL. I'm 6'2", 200 lbs.

Hello Kevin we highly recommend going up 2 sizes from our wool anoraks when choosing a canvas model to couple up. Thanks for commenting.

I was hoping this one was oilcloth but not a bad choice going heavy waxed canvas!
We tested different fabrics, including oilcloth, and for the windrak's intended purpose we're convinced it will outlive/perform oilcloth. atb
