Jay. You have great videos and content. I live overseas and I tried to call your shop the other day a few times only to finally be told to leave a message and you’ll call back. I’m sure this does not include calling back overseas. I noticed on you site that there is no other means to contact your shop like email. No, do not update any radio without first speaking with your authorized dealer to see if an update is needed and if so which one, the wrong update will brick your radio

Follow this video and just use the most current firmware. The process is the same for either radio, remove it from the bike and plug it into your computer using the usb cable that came with the module

Hi Jay, I installed my V2 Aug 16th and connected my phone accordingly. Question: I placed my selected app icons on my home screen. I want to move the positions, but now they won't move. Is a reset required?
Additionally, on my Harley stock Boom 6.5 GT radio I had my SMS auto reply and want to have the same auto reply on my V2. I'm using Car Play and don't want to have an auto reply on my phone if it mirrors the ios. Is this an option? I'm a nerdy type and like to read user manual from cover to cover. Is there a full manual for this V2 headunit?

You may need to replace those icons with others first then arrange the ones you want to Home Screen, any auto reply would be setup in your phone
