FOR HV 6.6KV Switchboard
Before going into Test we have to check the following things
1. Open earth switch.
2. Rack out VT
3. Check The barricade around Testing AREAR.
4. IR test has to conducted before hipot testing.
5. Check the humidity of the place.
For switchboard bus bar peak withstand voltage is 20 KV so we are going for 80% on it. Ie is 16KV

Sir, What about Circuit Breakers i.e. Racked in/out and Close/Open Condition
outgoing or incoming cable has to remove and we can keep cb in service with close

How much value of mA is allowble?
it is not fixed its depends on number of feeder for best check is to ref with FAT reports thank you.
Where we use AC hipot and DC hipot. In RMU bushingh which test carried out AC or DC?
For bus bar we use AC hipot test , for cable we use DC hipot test.
