I like how that last kid threw way to hard and you could see you wanted to teach him a lesson but at the same time tried to be carefull not to hit him to bad because he obviously doesnt have that much experience.
:P
@@yeadewde0532 grown adults alot of times lack self control
It was an honor having you and we’re looking forward for your next visit champ❤️⚔️
Thank you :))
Please let me know if you do invite Jeff,I might pay you a visit,as a Tunisian neighbor !))
Dude your Cardio and sportmanship are epic level. Takes me 1 round of sparring to empty my tank for 75%, cant imagine sparring so many opponents in one evening.
thanks man!
I think the difference between us Hobbyist and him proffessional is the consistency e.g. cardio. Most athletes who compete on at least the national level can go for rounds without end.
Ahmed is so awesome, I have watched him before! His control is off the charts. Beautiful balance and power and a pleasure to watch. Each student had great control and attitude and was clearly trained by a great. This brings us super healthy, respectful sparring.
oss :))
0:19 probably one of the most frustrating things about sparring is when you land a clean controlled head kick and they catch the kick on their head and then sweep you. Great sparring though, great control as always, love these vids dude.
Thanks for watching !!!!
Yeah, but thankfully some people do know that that isn't a thing
that high kick you threw at 4:10 was so perfectly controlled he barely noticed. that was a lights out shin to to jaw kick and you stopped it on a dime. GREAT skill man!
thanks man!!
Its so great that you actually do live free sparring. I cant stand those channels that show all kinds of intricate techniques like most of these wing chun channels but yet they never actually show it being used in sparring against good opponents like you do. Respect!
Thank you!!!
He just posted a video of him sparring with a wing chun practitioner. Not something you see every day!
Aside from your obvious technical striking, it is so interesting to see your wrestling and scrambling skills, they seem underrated, probably because we don't see them as much lol
Thanks Matt !!!!
I was really impressed with how he handled egyptian kamaru usman
And of course one or two of « this one guy »!
8:21 this is beautiful. Can’t believe how people don’t see this sport as actual art. Nicely done Jeff💯💪🏻
Thanks bro!!!
The Last kid was so stressed by the Champ 😂😂 glad you were just here to help him to relax 🤣🤣
Exactly... i thought the same thing! Once again Jeff was great sparring partner
:)
You are truly skilled
I’ve been training 35 plus years and yours are some of the best sparring videos I’ve seen
Thank you 🙏🏻🥋
Love that running hip sweep.
:)
People don't seem to understand that basically every takedown and throw can be done like that 😢
That's even how Aikido teaches some of it techniques, you run into an opponent that expects a strike and instead do a standing joint lock or takedown.
The thing is that most Aikidoka do not spar, let alone strike, same with many other grapplers like Judoka. So everytime they come forward, you know that they are about to grapple you
Really nice to see controlled sparring. This is such a great way to learn when No one has an ego and wants to grow each other
thank you!!
Jeff watching you Brodie for several years has taught me alot learning as a grow to be a better person in the gym
Thank you
thank you bro!!!! glad to hear that!
great video as always jeff, you show so much control and respect to your opponents. very admirable! thanks for sharing again
thank you!!!
Wow what a good control I'm learning alot to not injure my fellow sparring partners ❤❤❤
thank you!
@@MMAShredded 🙏
Jef bro I see you improved your skills and gas tank 💪👊👍
Always a pleasure to watch your videos 😊
Jeff you're an epic human, just fighting everyone from everywhere!... insane skills, absolutely love the vids
thanks bro!!
thank u very much for this video ,,, it is amazing sparing and lot of things i like try in training,,, thank u Jeff
🙏🙏🙏
Awesome video as always Jeff. 🙏 Easy work🔥🔥
thanks man!
Your control of the distance is great. You deal with speedy opponents with great timing and lot of that has to do with the fact that you controlled the distance very well. You like to fight on the outside for this reason. Very good stuff! Great video.
thank you!!
Yeh, I’m early. I’ve learned so much from you it’s actually crazy, you have influenced my style in a new way, keep it up man!
im glad to hear man thanks for watching!
that Jeff Chan hip sweep is .. chefs kiss!
just beauty
Great video as always, Jeff! Thank you for sharing. I wasn't there and don't know what was agreed upon, but from what I see, Ahmed is kind of outta pocket no? Response to a pulled head kick was a takedown? And then goes to throwing near full speed spinning hook kicks like he wants to take your head off? Bro got something to prove? 😂
Why is this so satisfying the commentary the lack of ego between fighters A1 content frfr 💯
:)
Recommendation that you do sparring against Kyokushin Karate guy in kickbox rules and sparing against a Kudo Daido Juku guy in MMA rules ... OSU.
ill try!
Interesting, cool to see what type of habbits they may have, every style of fighting gives their practioners habbits
Those foot sweeps are 🔥🔥🔥
:)
Wow Jeff you kick ass !! Very good technical !!
thank you!!
0:34 damn he trying to knock you out
Yeah dick move for sure
Jeff your hip sweep is too good
Thanks man!!
Great vid. Alot of good exchanges 🤙🤙🤙🙏
Thank you!!
I'm about to watch it rn👀💪🔥🔥
:)
Amazing skills bro, both in the ring and on the ground!
Really neat how your speed and combos increase with each round. Part of it is the natural talent but the bigger part are years of hard training. 👏
thank you!!
feint the cross to the very gentle double leg was sick too haha nice work champ
thanks bro!
The foot sweep was awesome. You threw a jab not only for distraction, that made Ahmed to move more of his mass on the back leg, leaving less on the front. Then you don't need a lot of force to sweep out the front leg. This is incredible!
I like how careful and technical you are when you are sparing others I will copy your style
You shoulda put boxing gloves on that kid at the end...he was mean lol. Beautiful right check hook on him though 🤌
Jeff! You have INSANE stamina!
Effortless take down and defense 💯💯💯
Always the best sparring..incredible
thx!!
Wow. you dominate all the fights
Loved the foot sweeps! 🦶
osss
Great spar
Spend my nights watching Jeff chan! Always entertaining man
thanks man!!!
Geniooo!!!!💪 Saludos desde argentina
brah that head movement is second nature brother. Love to see it.
thanks :)
Those running hip sweeps are so slick
:)
Sifu - that was awesome! Thank you for accepting the invite from Egypt. Next time - let me know, and I will extend your visit to the South of Egypt - where the real warriors are😉 and would welcome the honor and privilege of learning from the best👍🤩
Good stuff!
Thank you!!
We enjoy the longer videos, don’t cut it if you don’t have to. Love your content!
Thanks for the feedback!
Damn Jeff, exemplary level of control with these students trying to bite your ear off. It looks like you put the fear of god back into the last kid before the bell rang lmao
thanks for watching!!!
Getting a bit to nice with em broski, that flying knee was nice, solid control and tech.
Thanks!!
That "coach" was almost going 100% while you were going really easy Jeff, wish they all had as much humility as you. Good video as always!
Énorme le saut au-dessus de ton partenaire !!! 😍😍
How do you say "we are not trying to kill each other" and "I'm pulling punches" in arabic
Good sparring💪💪👍👍.
I am from Guatemala, do you know some gym en North Carolina, Im here for vacation...thanks
Hi men! Will u make a video showing how u record all the videos for ur channel ??
Great endurance, control & technique
thank you!
off topic question, but I just watched a vid on CTE. How have guys like you and Varga kept from suffering that type of damage?
wow man, you guys look like you're in fast motion! amazing combos!
hx!!
They all were awesome
@00:22 The way he took you down with control without hurting you. Respect.
You are so smooth between your speed transitions because your partner feels speed will get you,but you react with on point counter offense threat. You could have gone “Vanderlei” on couple of those rounds, but you kept cool.
cheers!
in what way he fought like karate ???
None i must say, terrible control and technique
Very technical and mostly good control by their team!
:)
That hip -sweep is so smooth...
Thanks!!
I cant lie Jeff is a level above the champ. Good work
Jeff you the man 🫡
Thanks bro!
Wow. Ahmed's kicks are just beautiful.
osss
I noticed that the students were sparring with the smaller karate gloves. But, because your distancing and timing is so good, it didn't really change how you defend at all haha.
Can you make a compilation of your most flashiest sparring like one where a guy or you pulls an insane move or combo that’s not necessary but looks really cool
haha ill see what I can do!
That would be pretty cool
I like how firm his base is. Real controlled on retreats when he stops on a dime and is upright. He probably hits hard when he wants to
thanks for watching!
I am a boxer, but I really like your videos, I really learned new stuff.
thank you!
G sh*t coach. 💪🏼💪🏼
Thanks!!!
ahmeds got a good left and sleeper kicks xD
I think sparring is a huge part of learning to fight. If you notice Jeff's MMA fights, it's almost exactly like this but without holding back.
Jeff the greatest MMA CZcamsr of all time
Thanks !!
Ahmed is awesome 💪💪
osss
It's amazing how you get to travel and spar with fighters from all over the world 👍
:)
For beginners that are struggling with any type of defence/reaction time, or blocking and regaining the momentum by counterpunching, what would you suggest to try? I get hit too much and too easily in sparring (boxing)
try to work on your footwork, if you can manage/keep your distance, you'll be able to see and react to strikes coming much easier
Love you jeff
Awesome 👍😁👏
:)
Hi Jeff can you please visit Kaks Fight Club in Rawalpindi Pakistan?
Hey jeff excelente ✨🥷🏼🇲🇽🥊🙌🏼
Thank you!!
3:55 amazing sequence, it could work even in a movie
You are give a lesson each warriors !😅
hahaha
I've got a question - Will training for strength in the weight room improve my martial arts? (of course do mma on the side as well)
Depends on the exercise type, if you priortize hypertrophy like body builders it will slow you down.
If you go for strength and endurance exercises its more likely to benefit you.
it can help if you do it right
@@TuzyKawaii I have been lifting weights for about 9 months and I have been doing mma for about 4 months now, I switched my training from endurance to strength now (weightlifting gym) and was asking whether that'd be beneficial.
Should be a no brainer that being stronger will make fighting easier, but if you plan to compete you should consider how gaining mass will impact your weight class
@@creepkayKettlebells and sprints are the best for combat conditioning. Strength alone isn't enough, it's better to build workload capacity. Kbs give you power endurance. Try Simple and Sinister. The routine is online for free if you Google it. Good luck with your training!
TKO on the top 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Osss
karate not bad
but when u can learn > mma > muay thai > kickboxing
why u must learn karate?
What were you trying to do at 0:19 ?
I would love to spar you one day
Great sparring. How many people do you spar with? It looks tiring. Fan from Australia 🇦🇺
thanks! that was everyone, everyone you saw in the video
Was that ad break AI generated or something? XD
The audio definitely sounds filtered/modified somehow.
Very good!!
thx!!
Last few guys had much light gauge gloves
Some of them aren't half bad.
With more MMA training, they could do well to enter the professional ring.
Btw your stamina is just build different, bro. Keep the videos coming.
Do you ever encounter TKD practitioners in sparring? I’d love to hear your thoughts in a video!
Amazing! But why not give us whole footage?
it would be way to long of a video, and nobody has the attention span for it
as someone who wants to fight professionally i would love to see a full video i can watch this for 20-40 mins easily@@MMAShredded
Ahmed may be world champ but he still swept off that head kick you pulled
Can you make virtual kickboxing sparring?
